Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: February 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Boost Local Biz website and any related services, systems, or offerings operated by Boost Local Biz (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Booked Calendar System™.

By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

1. Services & Scope

Boost Local Biz provides system-based solutions designed to help local service businesses handle inbound inquiries, follow up automatically, and improve booking reliability.

The Booked Calendar System™ is a done-for-you system installation and operational setup. We do not offer standalone marketing services unless explicitly stated in writing.

Specific deliverables, setup details, timelines, and pricing are outlined separately during onboarding or in a written agreement.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While the Booked Calendar System™ is designed to improve lead handling, response speed, and follow-up consistency, results may vary.

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads
  • A specific number of booked jobs
  • Revenue, sales, or business growth outcomes

Results depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to lead quality, pricing, responsiveness, staffing, and operational capacity.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
  • Respond to reasonable requests necessary to implement the system
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including communication and data privacy laws
  • Use the system responsibly and for lawful business purposes

Delays or failures caused by incomplete information or lack of cooperation may impact timelines or results.

4. Communication & Messaging Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that any communication conducted through the system (SMS, email, voice, or other messaging) complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local messaging requirements.

Boost Local Biz is not responsible for misuse of the system or messaging conducted outside the agreed configuration.

5. Payments & Fees

All fees are disclosed prior to service activation.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun
  • Ongoing service or system fees are billed according to the agreed schedule
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service

Specific payment terms may be outlined in separate agreements or invoices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, materials, and branding associated with the Booked Calendar System™ are the intellectual property of Boost Local Biz.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any system components
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to recreate the system
  • Represent the system as your own proprietary solution

Limited use is granted solely for operating your business while actively engaged with the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the system if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The system is misused or abused
  • Required payments are not made
  • Use of the system creates legal or compliance risk

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Local Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. No Legal, Financial, or Marketing Advice

Nothing on this website or provided through our services constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

You are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals regarding compliance, business decisions, or operational changes.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems
  • Disrupt or interfere with site functionality
  • Use the site for unlawful or abusive purposes

We may update or modify the website at any time without notice.

11. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our systems may integrate with third-party platforms or tools. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
